Most Fun Gun

My Kel-Tec PLR-16 is a real blast but no longer cheap to shoot, or it's little brother the PLR-22 which isn't as loud or destructive but equally fun.

This is this! it's not something else, it's this.

Usually it's the newest one I recently picked up but as a fall back answer I would say my converted Saiga is a blast to shoot. Now if only ammo will drop in price I can shoot it again.

For fun in the home and garden how about this? This is a Uberti SAA chambered to take air cartridges. You first unscrew the nose cone and place a.22 air pellet in it … pump the cartridge up using a special pump … screw the nose cone back on … load six into the cylinder and you are ready to go.

For fun at the range either my 10.22 or .22 Henry U/L will suffice.

Marlin model 60 is a blast my fathers colt delta elite 10mm is a hoot but finding the ammo is getting harder and harder

My 45-70 Pedersoli Sharps. I've said many times that shooting black powder cartridge is the most fun I've ever had with my clothes on. But if you're not into black powder it shoots equally well with smokeless loads.

10/22 carbine is always fun and cheap

Fun with a big bang and still relatively inexpensive is the Mosin M44

Fun, just all around fun, M1 carbine, but it's starting to get pricey to feed

Another vote for KelTec Sub2000. It's like a 10/22 on steroids. Everyone who shoots it (except lefties who get powder residue from the ejection port) gets a big grin.

A neighbor has a P22 with a Gemtech Outback II can. The only thing more fun than a suppressed .22LR might be a full auto suppressed .22. Some of the high end Airsoft guns actually get pretty close. The Drozd full auto BB gun would be great if the CO2 cartridges didn't ice up. Another acquaintance let me shoot a practice round through an M203 40mm grenade launcher. That wasn't as much fun as a suppressed .22, but chalk is a poor substitute for a satisfying detonation on target.

I don't remember any gun that wasn't fun, except maybe one that was broken, out of ammo, rusted in storage, cut up or de-milled, plugged with a squib load, or used as a symbol by some exploitive politician or bed wetter.

Never had a bad day fishing either. Most guns fun.

In the category of .22LR, then I would have to say my Ruger Mk.II and my 10/22 are both the most accurate and the most fun guns I have in that caliber.
As for centerfire weaponry, my Colt Combat Commander .45 and my Colt AR-15 are my go to guns for the same reasons as my Ruger combo.

It's a toss up between the Enfield No1 MKIII and the Marlin 917VR.

Half the fun of shooting the Enfield is the looks from the people shooting those little 223's

for cheap fun...Ruger Single-Six or MKII..and sometimes the 10/22 or my OLD Marlin 99.

Pricier fun..SKS or 1911 or .357 Blackhawk/Vaquero

Clear-Other-Shooters-Off-The Range...M-44 Mosin-Nagant and "Heavy Ball" ammo

Long range serious fun...US Rifle Cal .30 M1 AKA "The Garand"

for cheap fun, get a Cz75 in 9mm. Costs will be kept to a minimum while quality and reliability remains high.

All I can say is WOW! It took till post #37 before an EBR was mentioned. That has to be some kind of record.:D

Just goes to show that people still love wood.
