"Most" States "outlaw" .223 for hunting?

The best group that I have ever shot with any firearm were shot with my Colt HBAR 1-8 using 52 grain bullets. With the irons from a bench, I was able to get five shots into one half inch. So much for the idea that light bullets and faster twists don't work well together.

Well, I'm REAL happy for ya. It's a general rule, not gun specific. Even my M4 Bushmaster, a 1:8 twist, shoots 55 grain fairly well, though it prefers 60+ grains.

Well....you are, of course, correct.
