My almost complete Springfield M21 tactical

Just got her a few weeks ago, she's currently wearing my old varmint rifles scope and rings, got some new glass coming specially for her.

What else is she wearing?
Just a Springfield armory match sling and a Basset high picatinny mount (Bill Basset is the nicest man ever! definitely give them a call if you have questions about mounting optics on an M1A)

With irons and a rest, I was shooting 1/2 moa with 168gr sierra matchkings on the 100 yard line.

That is a nice looking rifle. What kind of rings did you use?

Did you mount it so high so that you can use your iron sights if you lower the cheekpiece?

its mounted high because I have a flat top rail on my other rifle, on my m21's mount the ends of the rifle scope can over hang.

If I drop the cheek piece, I can use irons since the mount hovers above the irons. It's a sweet set up!

Mounted the weaver quad lock medium rings and a better scope (just a hawke sr 6-18x44) on it now while I wait for the Bushnell 5-15x40 tactical 3200 elite.
