Just called Vector Arms to order RPK-74
Talked to someone named Nina.
She told me that there is a waiting list for RPK-74. No problem, right?
Then she tells me that: she is not sure will it be furfilled, she is not sure are they even making the rifles still. She is not sure how soon they will furfill it if at all. She is not sure if there are spaces on that waiting list.
I ask to talk to the manager. She says that she IS a sales manager.
With customer service like this, I am not surprised how they got the good reputation that they have.
DO NOT DEAL WITH VECTOR, not unless you want all of your questions be answered with "I do not know"
Anyone knows where I can get an RPK74 or just a long HBAR 5.45 rifle?
