This is my first collection pic , its small and simple, Savage 110 30-06 with choate ultimate varmint stock and versi-pod bipod( that is really slick),SAR-1 with K-Var stock and a 75 rounder, had to get one, mossberg maverick 12 gauge with tac side shell holder, remy 000 buck, glock 30 and glock 21 my favorite, right now till I get the savage to the range tomorrow to steal back my heart. I have a question , I just finished mounting everything for the savage , the original stock felt funny to me, but this is my first time with it out since mounting the new stock and bi pod, somebody walk me through the sighting in process, this is my first bolt action , not my first time shooting it, so I just need a little help on it, It was bore sited at sportsman's warehouse up here but that will just get me on paper I think? How much range could I get out of this rifle in the configuration I have it in right now.Im a average shooter? just some ideas, info whatever thanks in advance

I always boresight to get on paper, then use a rest and get right on the bulls and see where you hit. After you see where you hit, set it back up in a good rest position where it won't move around on you and get your crosshairs back on the bulls (even though it's not where your hole is).

Make sure the rifle doesn't move and simply click your adjustments from the bulls down to the hole where the bullet hit. I'm usually pretty on within 3 or 4 shots doing this. Then you can fine tune it from there and get it the way you like it.

Looks like you have it all covered in the long guns. You just need a 1911 to keep your Glocks company.

Walkalong beat me to it. I agree that you have all the bases covered. Quality over quantity. My problem is that I have too many choices. You are covered from 600 yards to CQB distance very well!

whats the best way to store my weapon

one everthing except my glocks, I get little rust colored spots, nothing deep it just wipes off , what am I doing wrong?
