Yup. I love spydercos.

I've once used my Spyderco Endura 4 as a kitchen knife, cutting onions for a cerviche. And really good kitchen knives are some of the sharpest things you'll ever encounter, so the comparison is a definite mark of approval!

In fact, if you've seen my Elishewitz Tao Pen review, when I talk about the darned good folding knives you can get for $70 and less, I'm specifically referring to spydercos!

Natives are a nice basic knife, especially in that price range. I've got one in my pocket right now.

Nice OP!

I had a native for about a year then lost it. It was a neat little knife. Just got an Endura 4 in the mail today and its bigger than I expected.

Yeah, Endura 4s are big knives. I carry them because I don't put anything else in my front pant pocket except the EDC knife, so I can afford to carry the larger, heavier knives.

What do you think of the ergonomics, Boomm? :D

Did you get the s30v?

After carrying my Griptillian so long, the Native looks pretty small.

S30V?

Anywy, I want to get get more spyderco's and victorinox's.

I wonder what my parents think, me buying all these knives all of a sudden?

Look what you guys have done.

Spydies anyone?

The picture says it all in my confidence of spyderco knives as both users and collectables. Never failed me in Iraq...

I believe there are 2 versions, one US made, and one Japan, the one in the US is S30V steel, where as the Japan version I believe is VG-10.

Over the last 3 weeks I have gotten: An Ulster BSA knife
2 Case knives
3 Victorinox knives
1 Spyderco knife
A sharpmaker.

Why are knives so much more addictive than guns? Is it because of the utility?

That, and for the most part they are cheaper and easier to upkeep.

2 Case knives
3 Victorinox knives
1 Spyderco knife
A sharpmaker.

Which case knives did you get? I have two matching stockmans.

Just repurchased the sharpmaker after I was unable to use it prior, I'm going to give it another try.

@Lee, yep.

@Yo Mama, Yellow handled medium stockman and sodbuster, both CV.

I also have a 2001 Case Trapper I got for christmas in 2001-2 ish. Blue Jigged Bone, Stainless Steel. At the time, you could only find them at Lowes.
