I had written previously about the multiple malfunctions of my new Glock 17 Gen 4, with stovepipes and ejection failures every 25 rounds or so. Well, I sent the gun back to Glock for repair or replacement and spoke to them today. The sum of their helpful response..."six to eight weeks, goodbye".
Not the service I would expect on a new malfunctioning firearm. Oh, I also had to pay the shipping.
When I bought a USED Kahr PM9 about a year ago that was having problems returning to battery, they emailed me a UPS sticker, repaired the gun for free, and sent it back in 48 hours, functioning perfectly.
This is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
