My Kel-tec's grip is replaced and functioning!!

Well today I checked the mail and the package from Kel-tec arrived. It had a brand new black grip in it and it looked oh so pretty! So I managed get back inside take apart my cracked grip...again and install the new one. I had to buff down this one area in the rear of the grip where the frame sits but otherwise it was simplistic. Here is a pic....

Nice work - you just saved yourself about 3.5 weeks waiting for it. Did they want the old grip back?

You can buy different colors to "Pimp" it out if you want.

They are fun guns to do a little amateur gun smithing on. Can't really go wrong. They'll keep replacing bad parts (usually free) unless you do something really drastic and void the warranty.

Even if you fail to fix it yourself they will still make it right.
