Finally got to take my new (to me) Python to the range. What an AWESOME gun!
Some guys next to me were running a .40 Glock with a bunch of tactical crap on it and just embarrassing themselves. Don't get me wrong, I own and love a Glock 19, but I can actually shoot it pretty well. Anyway, they saw me shooting out the centers of my targets with this old-school steel beast and were all eyes. Pictured is the target from the first cylinder of cartridges I ran through the gun (158-grain .357s). After I became more familiar with the gun, I was quite a bit more accurate. This thing is SMOOTH.
I think I'm going to get some elk bone grips for my Python.
