As it turns out, my wants are fickle and I'm starting to get a little bored collecting S&W revolvers. I started my Colt collection this week with a decent-looking Official Police (made in 1956, older than my parents!) with 4" barrel. Looks like I might start saving my pennies for a 6" Colt Python.

I also shot a S&W 5903 yesterday and I'm kinda interested in picking up a similar 9mm autoloader...maybe a single stack S&W, though.

Hmm...what else? I've always wanted a decent 1911 or two (or maybe a basic one that would be made into a wadgun for Bullseye, and another one that would be accurized for the Service Pistol matches). I think I still need a 4" S&W revolver, though--one chambered in .357 Magnum or .22.

But this is likely to change in a couple weeks anyways.

Impossible to say. I do want an Anaconda or a Redhawk in .45 Colt. An old Model 10 in .38 S&W is on the wish list as well

Today I have that Anaconda, but still need a Redhawk in .45 Colt. I did pick up a Model of 1905 in 32-20, but I still need an old model 10 in .38 S&W. Don't foresee any new guns until next year, unless it's a trade.

#3-a 2" snubby 9mm (prefer a Ruger SP101, may go with a Taurus 905 if I can't find a Ruger) If these don't work out , an SP101 in 38 spl, Ruger LCR, or a S&W J frame

Five super grade Les Baers with consecutive serial numbers and each engraved with a seperate day of the week, Monday through Friday. That way I don't have to agonize which gun to carry on a given day, it's right there, engraved on the slide. Works with my Rolex collection and Mont Blanc fountain pens.

I already have a pair of Wilsons for the weekend.

I've only been shooting for a couple of years so I have quite a few holes to fill in the collection and not enough money to plug them since I'm getting married next summer. If I can get two on the list in the next twelve months I'll be really happy.

1. Dan Wesson Heritage - I want a 1911 for the collection and CDP. (Might have to check to make sure it isn't too heavy.)
2. Something for SSP - Probably either an M&P Pro or a Glock 34/35. Maybe a 40 with a 9mm conversion barrel if that is legal.
3. G26 or a CZ Rami. - Something smaller than my XD 9 for IWB t-shirt carry.
4. A 'J' frame - I don't own a revo. Maybe it's not the best choice for a first revolver but everyone needs a J-Frame...
5. Who knows... CZ SP-01 lightened for ESP, Witness Limited, HK P7, Maybe a cool C&R pistol will come to market??? I'm sure by the time I get to my fifth hand gun purchase I will have put together a nice three gun kit. I still need a tacticool AR and a scatter gun.

4) a mosin revolver just because it's so nifty
5) toss up between a WWI-WWII 1911, or perhaps some axis firepower, a luger or p38. I dunno, I'm I could come up with a better list but I'm procrastinating doing other work so I'm only half thinking right
