My secret weapon - Glock 30SF w/30 round mag & holo sight

Went to a gun shop today to see the KRISS 45 caliber carbine. I comes with a measly Glock 21 mag. with 12 rounds. The salesman said that there are 30 round kits to expand an original Glock 21 mag to 30 rounds! I knew I needed one of those . Cost: $40. Wasn't sure if it would work with my Glock 30SF though as that only comes with a 10 round mag. Low and behold, the thing fits. Does it look weird? Yes. It it heavy? Yes. Does it kick serious @ss? You betcha! The Leupold Deltapoint holo sights works great on this gun even though the mount is actually made for the slimmer, Glock 17/19 slides. The dovetail fits fine which is the main thing. On order is a lone wolf extended, ported stainless steel barrel so I can shoot cheaper lead reloads. I actually was able to load about 25 rounds w/o a speed loader. The last few are tough. So for under $1,000 including the Glock I will have serious, accurate, 45 caliber firepower. Just what the doctor ordered for when I do action pistol shooting.

The standard 10 round mag looks puny in comparison.

Its called the Magex G30 Glock 21 Extension kit. They also sell a complete 30 rounder incl. the basic Glock 21 mag. The good part is you are basically working off a real Glock mag, so its pretty reliable.

I got 2 for the range. I had some initial FTF's but after a mag or 2 they started to work reliably. I also got +5 kits from Arredondo for m G29SF. With a G20 mag, 20 rounds. Not to shabby. Definitely saves time at the range

Seems a rather trollish question.
I consider my G30 to be a do anything pistol...HD, CCW, woods pistol...it does it all, and does it well. While I dont have a 30rd mag, I do have a G21 13rd mag, and frankly, feel well armed with it...something about 13rds of 45 JHP in a super reliable, compact and very accurate pistol equipped with night sights.

Since I use a Mitch rosen Half holster I have tritium on front and the rear is a ghost ring, That rear sight would work for me if you have time either post or pm me the model and price, thanks
