My Speed Six or My GP100

Is it time to let it go? Or keep as a safe queen?
I have so many weapons to shoot, I just don't get that much time to blaze away with my GP.

I am coming around to the view that safe queens are useless guns. I didn't always think so, for I have a bunch. In thinning out my collection I am finding that I have wonderful taste in firearms, but not always practical. I have some guns because they are interesting or well made or iconic in some way, not because they are what I would choose, out of what I have, to actually shoot something, or to carry around.

I'd say it's time to share the joy, and let the GP go. You carry the one and not the other.

I guess a question would be why does not the GP100 go into the carry rotation. Barrel length can be changed, grip shape can be changed (there are round butt grips, e.g., available on Ebay from time to time from Thailand) and weight changed some by barrel shortening and reshaping. Perhaps it just does not strike your fancy any longer and it is time to move it.

The Speed Six is a different animal with its round butt frame and design to be carried concealed. If I had one said:
Herrett's must make a grip for the Speed Six I would think. On my Speed Six I put a Hogue round butt grip with one finger groove. It looks somewhat similar to:

with only the top finger groove. On Ebay Jaruwan (a Thai grip maker) offers these:
