I've had my CHL for a couple years now, and still havn't carried one time. Although it's always in my truck. I can if I choose, maybe I need to soon.

Grass , I have walked this Earth for 63 years and been a Blessed man, had Good times and bad, made mistakes and Made some good deciscions but as for me I know with all my heart my Path everyday is covered,its been set ,whether I have a firearm on me or Not.The single biggest deciscion for me To obtain a permit to carry a firearm at this point in my life was a inner gut feeling that it was time to do it,Part of Me was troubled by that gut feeling I initially had but now That I have done it I really do feel a inner peace,to some that may sound corny and some will make light of it. I know not what today or tomorrow may bring but there was certainly a deep inner feeling for me to protect my self and My family at this time...and I'm so Thankful I did...

I'm glad for you, glad there folks like you out there, I'm not bashing you in any way. Your thread got me to thinking whether I should start carrying more, or just start.
