I ran across this article in the LA Times ( http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-lapd-guns-20150720-story.html) about the mystery surrounding a dead man and the 1,200 guns and roughly two tons of ammunition found in his Pacific Palisades home. Seems he had a rather large collection of guns in his home. "Inside the home, investigators found more than 1,200 firearms ranging from high-end pistols to shotguns and rifles. Many had never been fired. Some were still wrapped in their boxes, with the price tags still attached."
That must have been a sight to see! I can't even imagine getting to that point. Seems there were some high value items in the house.
One little, two little, three little handguns. Four smaller, five bigger, six larger shotguns. Seven semi, eight bolt action, wonder any full auto? And all in California too!!
