Sent in my .17 HMR mini because it was keyholing as close as 3 feet. Called NAA 3 days later to make sure it got there. They informed me that this is not an isolated incidant and that the accuracy problem has not yet been resolved with the .17's. They are shipping a new .22 WMR model with a .22 LR conversion cylinder at no charge. While I really would have preferred the .17, it is commendable that they own up to the problem and do all they can to make it right. I will continue to buy NAA products. Perhaps a Gaurdian is in my future, since I do not have a .32 ACP in my collection.

They seem dedicated and have a long term policy of good customer service. I reported a keyholing situation with one of the .22 LR mini revolvers. The engineer told me that, since I was shooting it one -handed, the barrel flip was probably sufficient to de-stabilize the bullet. I thought "huh?" and then got a good two-handed grip on the revolver. Sure enough, no more keyholes.
