NCIS delayed???

I don't understand what some of you are talking about. I have a Texas CCW permit, and I never have to have a NICS check... cash and carry after you fill out the 4473.

I know the feds are a little more touchy about multiple handgun purchases, but I think I'd still just fill out the necessary forms and walk out the door. Although, I might have a ATF guy contact me about the multiple handgun purchase (never done one before).

Nope, just paperwork and leave. There is an extra "Multiple Firearm Purchase Form" or something like that here, and then you pay and go. The ATF doesn't care as far as I know. I bought 2 Kimbers once and just got 2 rifles at the same time with my C&R.
