Need a sling but do not have swivels. Thoughts?

I have a couple Winchester lever actions I want to add slings to but they do not have swivels and I do not want to put swivels on them. What do you recommend for a sling that does not require swivels. Thanks.

Sling Mounts

Here is a picture of my GPR (Gunsite Police Rifle). I used a clamp-on sling mount on the magazine tube and a ring on the butt cuff to attach a cobra carry strap.

What models are your guns? are you sure that adding even old style studs would ruin the value? Unless they are mintymint, adding hook and loop style studs will not devalue the rifle.

I think Urban ERT has some 1 point shoitgun slings that will just attach to the gun by wrapping around it. No need for mounting points for that sling.

Sean... I made the butt cuff myself. It's not a difficult project. I wanted to put a carry strap on the rifle without drilling holes in it... the butt cuff ammo holder was Col. Cooper's suggestion and I put a thin pad in it so the steel butt plate is a little more forgiving on fast shots. Kinda 3 birds with one stone!

Not on a 94 in this pic (Krag instead), but I often use this leather sling on my Winchester, Marlin, & Savage lever guns.
