Need buckshot recipe

I need a good buckshot(oo) recipe and if anyone could help me out that would be great. Every time i goto the reloading store They dont have any left

its wierd how they are alwayd outta stock when i go there.

And BTW, can you reload your own slugs with a MEC press?

You need the Lyman Shotshell Manual. You'll find a whole section on buckshot loads and you can also load slugs on a MEC press, with the proper slugs. I've loaded hundreds of the Lyman Wasp Waist slugs in AA hulls and AA wads. The Lyman Manual has data for those, too.

Please tell us you're not planning on hunting deer with 00 buckshot. It's not accurate nor reliable enough for hunting.
