Last week, the NJ assembly and senate passed their "centerpiece" gun control bill. Among other things, it requires that FID holders reapply for their cards every 4 years. It's already a 6 month process which will get longer if a quarter of the population is reapplying every year. It bans private sales, sets up an ammunition sales registry, and many other bad things.

It's up to Christie to veto this bill, and he needs to be reminded by voters nationwide what will be the implications for his presidential ambitions if he lets this monstrosity pass.

Please follow this link to send him your thoughts:

Good luck, Chris Christie is as much of a left wing liberal as the big O him self when it comes to firearms.

If it comes down to the two favorites right now in the next presidential election, hiliary and this slob, we are screwed up one side and down the other.

He may be an anti-gun leftist, but he's not stupid. He just vetoed a feel good bill that would prohibit state investment in companies that sell "assault weapons" to civilians. It would have been a real easy one for him to sign.

He wants to be president. Maybe bad for the country, but that ambition is the only ray of light for gun owners in NJ.
