Need help. Marlin 600.

I saw a Marlin 600 today. It was a semi-auto 22lr. It had a plain stock, micro-groove barrel, basic sights and a daisy scope. I think they wanted $70.

Does anyone know the difference between the Marlin 600 vs the Marlin 60?
