need help to ID a .22 youth rifle

Received a single shot .22 from a relative. It's a youth model and the only markings present are PIC - Decatur - Georgia. Farther down the barrel it shows Japan. Have tried searching every conceivable combination and can find no information. Please help if possible.

"PIC" was "Precise Imports Corporation", an importer/reseller of various cheap handguns before the GCA 68, but this is the first time I've ever heard of them having anything to do with importing a rifle; an interesting find. Do you have any photos?

Photos of PIC .22 cal youth rifle

Rifle is 34.5" from barrel tip to end of stock. Tried to photo engraving on barrel but wouldn't show because of reflection. Safety is a push/pull knob at the end of the bolt.
