I just looked at the Nevada site, and there is little mention except for the fact the Governor is holding a conference on it the 11th of this month.

An overview of Senate Bill 237, the right-to-carry reciprocity measure signed by Governor Gibbons, will be highlighted in the session, as well as general comments and questions on Nevada’s concealed carry permit system. In attendance will be members of the CCW Subcommittee for the NSCA, and a representative of the Department of Public Safety’s Criminal History Repository. Public comment is welcome and encouraged, so please take the time to attend this important forum.

Covers the entire state of NV.

Can't carry in gov't buildings.
Can't carry at airports.
Can't carry on school grounds.
Can't carry into a building with signs posted prohibiting carrying.
Can't carry into a building with a metal detector at the entrance.
Can't have a BAC equal to or greater than 0.10.
No requirement to inform LEO you are carrying.

In addition, while in North Las Vegas...
Can't loiter.
Can't be disorderly.

Actually the part about carrying in buildings with signs posted is inaccurate. Those signs hold no legal weight. They are placed by the management of that building. You CAN carry into those buildings. However if they learn you are armed they have the right to ask you to leave. If you don't leave at that time you are guilty of simple tresspassing.

As you can see state law does not allow private buisness to have a say in where you can and can't carry. They can put into place "dischage" laws but that is it.
