A few weeks ago I asked for feedback regarding an EMP I was having issues with. Unfortunately, Springfield was not able to get it working after a number of repair attempts. While I wasn't happy that the EMP had these issues, Springfield's customer service assured me they would make the situation right. One of their offers was to replace the EMP with another one of their guns of equal value. I took them up on that and received their Loaded Lightweight Operator today. I gave it a good cleaning, and the fit and finish are fantastic. We'll have a chance to shoot it over the weekend.
Kudos to Springfield's customer service. The people I dealt with could not have tried harder to make sure I was happy, and their efforts are much appreciated.
