Here is another nice pistol and great shooting attaboy.
I think Ruger must have a deal with the aftermarket suppliers where they get a cut from the things they make to fix the crappy triggers they equip the MK III and MK IV guns with. It only cost $95 for the Volquartson kit when I did my MK IV and that included free shipping but that was before the so called pandemic. I was very surprised when I bought a nice used S&W 22a and found the factory trigger was almost the equal of the Volquartsons I put in my Rugers. If everyone else can do it why can't Ruger? Their single action revolvers used to have great triggers and it is simple to make the newer ones about equal and their 1911 is nice. I have only shot one of their DA revolvers ever but it was pretty good while the last two MK series are not even up to ho-hum quality.
