New 5.7 x 28mm Ammo?

Hello all, at my LGS yesterday I saw some Federal made American Eagle 40 gr. FMJ 5.7 x 28mm ammo, and wondered if this is watered down like the FN SS197 ammo? Anyone try this stuff yet? Thanks, LM.

Can you toss a link on where to get it? I'll buy some and chrono it. I'm curious. What info I found earlier I couldn't second-source to verify. So I removed it.
