New 9mm, suggestions?

Since I had last posted I have been saving up to get my 9mm. Well today was the day. At the gun shop I ran along a Springfield XD-9. I picked it up and really liked the action and the feel of the gun. So......after thinking about it for a while, I traded in my MarkII and for 200 got an XD in great shape. I shot very well with it today, and put 150 rounds through it.

.38special - The few you are concidering are good choices; I personally like a godd ol' M92FS Beretta to start with, as they are very durable, dependable, easily available, and quite robust. The only 9mm's I personally have now are a Custom Kahr K9 Elite '03 and a Rohrbaugh R9s (I'm pretty sure..!) Anyway, you can't go to wrong with most popular ones these days except for the obvious "Cheap guns are cheap guns.."
