Haven't had time to look at it, but there should be a way to upload and link a pictures of the gun. Oh, and a way to upload a scan of the purchase receipt or paperwork, bill of sale, etc.

Also, it would be great to be able to import my current Excell spreadsheet so I don't have to retype...

You can store pics and a pdf manual currently, and other paperwork storage will be added.

And while I plan on adding importing functionality I don't plan on importing spreadsheets.

Actually, I plan on having a CSV file import function. So you would be able to export from Excel to CSV, and then import it into MGDB.

I think I was a bit out of it that morning when I responded.

Question for you, gang:

People want to be able to track rounds fired through a particular firearm. With the new ammo cheatsheet and ammo system, and all the other changes, how should it be implemented? I was thinking clicking specific ammo on the cheatsheet might bring up a form for you to put in the date and number of rounds for it?

If you have any ideas, please let me know!
