Hi All,
I went over to my local firearms dealer today to look for a new Glock. I've been very pleased with my Glock 21 and would like to purchase a smaller one for concealed carry. I'm particularly interested in a Glock 30.
One thing I noticed about all of the Glock 30's I handled today (4) was that the polymer frame had "shiny" areas in several spots.. It was almost like someone at the factory had taken a dremel tool and worn down the finish in certain areas. Even the texture was different in these areas. It was most noticeable right below the slide stop and in that general area of the frame.
These markings were not present on any other Glock models I looked at or the Glock 21 that I already have.
Has anyone else seen this on new Glock guns before? These were brand new
guns, not used or demo models or anything.
Thanks for any hints/suggestions.
James
