New grips... time for new pics... Colt XSE Government

I've been tweakin' feaures on my new XSE and I think I've found the sweet spot for this gun for me... here's it's latest "set-up".

Colt XSE Government w/Wilson Grip Safety, Ahrends Cherry Lam grips, Kimber Match Trigger, S&A Arched MSH/Magwell, Colt Ambi Safety, GI Guide Rod & Plug. This is not a carry gun for me, so the size & weight with the MSH/magwell is a plus as far as I'm concerned... quick reloads and the added heft keeps the gun well planted in my hand during firing.

One of my favorite Colts and stone reliable from the get go.

And, look at those Ahrends grips! Good grief, a pair of those would look good on a couple of my 1911s...
