The New Hampshire House of Representatives passed HB330 with a vote of 244 - 109. It's on its way to the Senate right now.
It's a "Constitutional Carry" bill, allowing citizens to carry concealed weapons without a permit.

The Senate introduced SB88, which is a "stand your ground" bill. It goes into committee on Thursday, the 31st.

Will you be able to carry in schools and colleges without a license in New Hampshire or will you still need the license? I know New Hampshire is nice enough to make it legal for folks with a license to carry on school and college property.

Schools are a federal issue. NH has no power over that.

It is currently not against state law to carry on a college campus. It is, however, against policy of every college/university I am aware of in the state. Nobody has challenged this in court yet, but I have serious questions about the legality of campuses enforcing these rules.

Schools are a federal issue. NH has no power over that.

Carry everywhere is a state issue, under their general police power. Congress has passed an (unconstitutional) law making it illegal to carry within 1000 feet of a K-12 school without a permit from the state where the school is located, based on a fantasy of it having some vague effect on interstate commerce.
