Most any ATV/UTV accessory website will have a multitude of them. Some are for in the cab, some are for in the box. Have thought many times to get something for the Ranger, but so far have gotten along just fine without.

Lol. Great cupholders!
Nice looking mule! My parents have had one for years. They putter around the farm on theirs.....go get the mail at the end of the lane...etc.
About the gun rack...I have a standard two rifle U shaped gun holder on the front rack of my Honda rancher. I have been wanting the hard case Kolpin semi permanent mount like you are talking about. It would protect the gun and not matter if it got mud slung on it. You hose it off.
I'll be watching this thread with interest.

They are no sports car but they do have some power. I've pulled a 1 ton dually connected to a 20ft gooseneck with the one above, just not fast.

The diesel ones had issues but I have even converted them over too gas using Honda engines in the past.

I needed compact to do labor around the farm and get through the woods to retrieve deer. The size is perfect and at 57 yrs young Im in no hurry either so speed not an issue.Out the door windshield, roof ,dealer installed plug in battery tender $10,150 out the door and no tax in Delaware. Now just figuring gun mounts ,keep ideas coming. And as farmer said getting the mail. Its .5 mile to mailbox and to set trash/recycling out.

I have the gasser.Did you manage to fit a little bigger hp motor or stay in factory hp range?

It has more power but not much. These are more tools than toys, if you want to go fast there are much better choices.

If you are in low and locked, you will bury them before they run out of power.

Exactly why I went this route I'm not looking to break any land speed records just to be functional. And yes farmer nice and narrow haul it anywhere I'll be taking it to my PA place this spring.

I've taken my Brother In-Law's Polaris side by side and single seater ATV out a couple times. Fun but I really don't have a use for them.

A friend of mine has a Mahindra Roxor, Indian Jeep Copy. I had to drive it around his pasture when I visited him. Diesel 4x4 manual transmission. It was fun but it still wasn't as fun to drive as the Toyota Hilux I had as a company car in Africa.

Hunting in S. Carolina back in September I got to use a nice gun rack in one of the 4x4 "mules", or whatever they are called. Held the rifle vertical inside the vehicle and had rubber straps to keep in tightly in place so it wouldn't bounce around when strapped down. The whole vehicle bounced around pretty good on narrow, rutted trails but the straps prevented any excess movement of the rifle. Thought I had a pic of it here on the computer, looked it up and here it is. Don't recall the manufacturer of the rack but if I were in the market for something like that I'd get one of these. That's my Savage Model 10 in the rack with one of the rubber straps visible. IMG_5422.JPG .

Without suggestions for gun racks I will comment that if you buy a decent inexpensive winch you will use it a whole lot more than you think.
And you can never have too much light. Rig some aux led lights- they keep getting better and cheaper. Front and rear at least, sides if you desire.

Complete winch kit with dash mount and remote is on order as we are typing.

I've got a kolpin hard case I'm not using that someone gave me years ago. I'll send it to you. I'd look at rugged gear for that vertical unit that 22250rem pictured. I have their overhead mount in my truck for decades. Rifles go up there and stay for YEARS with no issue beside banging a head Into them from time to time LOL.

Check out greatdayinc.com they make a lot of different gun racks. I have the vertical floor mount in my Pioneer really pleased with it.

Remember the racks for the back window of a pickup? The good ones that were made of spring steel that really HELD the gun, VS the current plastic ones that the gun just more or less "sits in"? Maybe something like that mounted above/behind the seats. Extra retention could be an option, using bunji cords or heavy duty rubber bands made from inner tube rubber.

I guess it's just the cheap in me.
10 grand!!
Back in my day 10 grand would buy you a good used 4x4 truck. Primers were 20.00 a thousand.....LOL
I'm sure that is going to be a whole bunch of fun. Post some pics when you got a deer or two in the bed.

I have a Koplin gun case. I had it mounted on the side of the rear rack pointing forward on my Sportsman ATV. Not the best idea as I caught some brush and a small sapling on it. I moved it to crosswise. Now I have a Razor side by side. It's too big for where I hunt. The Koplin case protects the rifle very well if you have room for it.
