Welcome to a very fun and rewarding hobby. I have been reloading for over 60 years and still enjoy it. The best advice I can give is to buy multiple manuals and read them closely. Lee and Lyman would be my first two, but not only choices.
I purchased the Lyman 50th edition. Should be here Monday. Thank you!

Welcome Aboard and welcome to the hobby of reloading.

You haven't really ask for advice but I would suggest reading the first parts of your Lyman book and ask any questions you may have. Another suggestion concerns powder. Only have one can/type of powder on the table at a time. Verify that the label on your powder matches the type listed in the data that you are using exactly. And beware that the 380 case is so small that there is very little difference between min and max.

As a machinist you will do fine but feel free to ask questions.

OP welcome to the fun!
My contribution is for you to get a binder and paper to record all the loads that you try. Then you have a record so you don't repeat anything that didn't work out, your good loads, and a hard copy of same for when the electronic device you stored same data on craps out. This saved my bacon twice LOL.

Thank you. I already have a notebook set aside for starting log!
