New varmint rifle opinions

Looking at getting a new rifle for hunting fox and coyote.
My 10FP-LE1 .308 and I think the 788 .22-250 would be a bit too destructive for fox. I'm looking at going .223.

So far I'm considering the Savage 10FP-LE1A
or a 16" bull barrel upper for the AR similar to this


Any opinions between the two? How much of an accuracy difference will there be between the AR and the bolt?
 
I would say the choice boils down to your budget, the Savage on the low end and the AR on the high end, either one will do the job in a fine manner. :)
 
Problem solved down load the 22-250! The accuracy and handiness of the 788 should be perfect varmint medicine.
