I have been wanting an all steel CZ for a long time. Today I jumped on the chance to buy a CZ 75b for $400. Owner reported 100 rounds fired and no holstering. I field stripped and inspected it before purchase (and fully cleaned when I got home) and have no reason to disbelieve him. Its factory test fire occured in Sept 2018, so it is relatively new. Night sights and the VZ grips are good extras.

Nice trigger. Its the first DA/SA auto I've owned that suits me on the first pull. SA is clean too.

I'm glad to have another steel-framed pistol. I was feeling an imbalance in the force from too much polymer.

I plan for this to join my Springfield 1911 and GP100 as a high round-count shooter. 0621191303.jpg

Congrats. I am a CZ 75b fan.

Just curious. How is the single action trigger in comparison to the GP 100 SA trigger? I only ask because I bought a GP X-Calibur and the SA trigger may be even a hair better than the CZ.

But both are fantastic. Again, nice buy!

Good catch, good price and fine weapon.
If you didn't shot yet, you will be surprise how well does.
Give it 400 rounds and your triger in single action will be great.
CZ pistols mostly like 124 or 130 grains, find what best suit you and please post a range report.
Btw, welcome to the fraternity of CZ.

The CZ's always struck me as what a gun should look and feel like. In function and form they really are beautiful. Give her a name and shoot in good health!

My GP100 has a nice SA trigger, better than my S&W 686. Compared to the CZ, dryfiring, it is subjective. CZ is a touch heavier, but not worse for it. Hard for me to compare bc of the different ergos.

I will compare my best, most broken-in triggers at the next outing. Unfortunately, I won't be able to shoot it for a couple of week's because I'm now traveling where the mags are restricted, and I don't have low cap.

Congrats. I am a CZ 75b fan.

I’m really wanting a full size 75 to go with my compact 75 but so far I’m staying strong and resisting the urge

This thread isn’t helping me though

That's it, you stay nice and strong and resist the urge! Just means more CZs for the rest of us!

0715191057.jpg I finally was able to shoot the CZ today (I've been busy). Unfortunately, it wasn't my priority today, but after figuring out it required a 6-o'clock hold, I was able to put my last 12 rounds on or breaking a 3 inch target at 10 yards, offhand, shooting relatively quickly (though untimed).

Pardon the impromptu target. The widest four and one miss (probably) high were shot at 25 yards, but I couldn't really see where I was hitting/missing with the lighting. I brought it in, confirmed the untouched shoot-n-see, and reset at 10 yards for the last 12, holding at the bottom of the shoot-n-see.

Don't handle a CZ PCR, your wallet will be sorry; don't say I didn't warn you.
