Mighty pretty!

I just bought my first set of Nill stocks. They fit my High Standards perfectly, and they're very well made. They'd be perfect stocks, but the heel rest can't be angled, so I'm going to have to power up the Dremel tool and fool around.

They cost considerably less than expected.

Nils grips may be beautiful, but I like them because the really do help accuracy and control, particularly in the higher calibers.

Good looking B27.

My Question IS:

How do your 617 S&W's stay so clean ????

This time of the year (between PPC seasons, and it's squirrel season !!), mine won't STAY clean !!!!!

(I've gotten 17 squirrels with it this year, and haven't been squirrel hunting with it yet. -pesky squirrels won't let me deer/pig hunt in peace !!!!!)

I use Nill grips on my PPC - 686 and I really love them !

There is one more I sometimes try on a 617, but it is for one-handed shooting only and does not give me a very good feeling one everyday usage.

For me it is a little easier to get the Nills as they have their main plant over here in Germany. But I think they will become more familiar with overseas transactions when these are going to increase
