My idea of 'no gun control'?

Being able to go to the store with a wad of cash, point and say "that one", pay and walk out with my new toy. No ID aside from a cursory glance to verify the buyer is over 18 (for all weapons), no 4473, no background check, nada. No serial #'s on guns either. For quality control purposes, manufacturers could use batch #s or stamp the piece with the month and year. The BATFE could become the BATE too. Or abolish them altogether for all I care.

I'd abolish the BATFE entirely. Explosives are weapons and should be given the same protection under the Second as firearms.

As a lawfull legal immigrant of 7 years... I have to say #1 sucks...

I'm also the legal parent/guardian of 2 US citizens... and another one is on the way...

To be honest I work with equipment that the US government purchases for various projects, I think if I was a very nasty person I could screw up a lot more things than you'd imagine at my place of employment...

Of course I have not done anything like this, but that is a point someone in my position would have to make...
