Knife homocides were up 50% in NYC in 2008, gun homocides were down.
Shockingly, experts came to the conclusion that if a gun wasn't present, a knife worked just as well. Who'd have thought?
They also came to the conclusion that knives are easy to get a hold of, are everywhere, and can't be controlled. You have to have extensive credentials to come to these conclusions?
