Ok, so I cast for 9mm, 38/357, .308 and now .45ACP....

I have sizing dies for each of the above calibers except .45.....

I didn't buy the sizer for the .45 because NONE of the other Lee molds required it. They throw a perfect bullet, and the sizer die seems to just allow them to pass through.

Well, I guess I counted my chickens before they hatched because my bullets are a hair too big.

When I seat the .45 bullets in the case, the case acts as a sizer and in some of them leaves a little lead sliver... I wipe down every round anyway so the lube does not get on the brass, and the shaving comes off with the towel I use.

Will these be ok? I am ordering a sizing die tomorrow, but I have 200 rounds done and I hate to have to disassemble them all...

Is this a joke?

I am so sorry. You are talking about sizing dies for sizing your bullets.
Still, be sure the case mouth is flared enough to not contact the case mouth.
I stopped sizing years ago. If your bullets are too large (is that possible?), then you can shift to a softer alloy. You gain weight and lose diameter.
If you are getting a sizing die, then slug your barrel, determine your groove diameter, and try a size 0.001" larger than the groove diameter.
I have used 0.359" bullets in 9x19 and 0.455" bullets in .45ACP without any problems.

Question---Did you buy a mold for 45 Colt instead of 45 ACP? The Colt die would be slightly larger in diameter. Yes you would be able to size them down to fit the ACP brass. The loaded rounds might not even fit in the chamber if they are for the Colt. My lead bullets for 45 ACP are .452 . Have you measured yours yet? Also are you opening the necks enough if the bullet size is correct?

Depends on a couple of things. How is the bullet size compared to the barrel? The other issue is that when you seat the bullet and shave lead you are also removing lube.

You asked about being safe to shoot. As long as they aren't maximum loads I would give them a try.

First thing I did was seat them in the barrel to make sure they fit.

The mold is for .45APC, and some of them fit right but some need to be sized.

No, not a joke. I wish it were.

leaves a little lead sliver
A tight seating die will shave even with the correct bullet diameter of .452" at times. Bell more as said above, might help. Or taper crimp in a separate operation.
Will these be ok?
If they chamber, your OK, but i would not be using a maximum load just in case the fat bullets make more pressure.

Bell enough not to shave lead and lube. If they chamber, they will be fine. The Lee push through sizers are inexpensive fortunately.

Thoughts....

1) Maybe the better place to start is with a bullet measurement using your calipers. Without knowing a measurement there is absolutely no way for anyone here to intelligently discuss your bullet fit. What is the bullet diameter?

2) Still I find it hard to believe that all your other molds are perfect, and this one fails. No matter what your bullet diameter is, I'd be checking my belling adjustment.

Also, chamfer the inside of the case mouth. It will help minimizing the shaving of the bullet.
