Lean and push forward on fore end, not pull back against shoulder.
Pulling back works great for quick follow-up shot. While goose hunting, with 3" magnums, pull back tight, shoot, recoil begins action to shuck empty, pushes you back. Lean into gun, push fore end forward to load next road and shoot, again. Very fast. Rarely get more than 2 shots.
