Who's going to be doing the debating for the RKBA side? They'd better be a top-notch debator.
-------------------

Wayne LaPierre

Would anyone be willing to make a copy? I live in Windsor, ON, and as such can't get American cable. I'd be glad to pay for the expenses.

Wayne won big time...

At least that's my take on the debate, but I might be a little bit biased on the issue.

If anyone wants to cast a vote, you'll have to log in to The Gun Debate
and use the password: gun2004.

Only one vote per email address is allowed.

the BIGGER picture is

that many of our elected officials want us to enter into the U.N. treaty to reduce small arms worldwide- despite our Second Amendment.
This is what they were also talking about- the true heart of the matter.

From another standpoint it was scary to observe the anti-American sentiments....

Who profits from the PPV fee? ANy of that going to the anti-gunners?

La Pierre didn't impress me the one time I saw him debate. I'd like to see this one though.

In an earlier post...

I said,
Only one vote per email address is allowed.

That's because I assumed that since you have to enter an email address, that only one vote from that address would be counted.

Note that this is only an assumption on my part, I have no way of knowing the truth of the matter.

Thanks to StandOnGuard for pointing out this assumption!

Now... the next questions are: would the debate vote counters throw out all the votes from one address, or would they count one vote only, or would they pay any attention at all?

I dunno.

If they've got any experience tallying up online polls, they'll at least check for blanks and correct email format before counting the vote.

It's pretty easy to do at least that much.

Well, I already tried multiple votes, one email. I got no indication my vote was rejected. I then tried simply hitting "refresh" (F5 button). Again no indication my vote was rejected, AND it is a lot faster a method. BUT, to be on the safe side, I would give a different email address each time. They do not send confirmation emails, so no worries there.

I have the full debate in Quicktime format... :D :D

Only got to see half of it so far. Wayne > rebecca.

He is based on fact, reason and truth. She is based on emotionalism and nothing else.

PS, I have an FTP ;) -

Don't PM me for info. Instead, mail me at: [email protected]

Should be able to give "info" in a day or 2.
