odd things you have seen at deer sight in

2 ROs running the annual "deer sight in" who were not on the same page. One giving orders to do one thing, then on down the line the other yelling at people who were doing what they were told by the first.... now that I think of it, they just enjoyed hollering..... that range was bulldozed to the ground in 05' anyways. One too many incidents with projectiles departing the property, as development progressed surrounding the property.

That almost sounds like my last trip to a public range here in Florida. One RO called a cold range and when I attempted to go downrange the other RO screwed at me for not waiting for a cold range. I told him his buddy called a cold range but that wasn't good enough, he also had to call it cold.

Sounds like they need to get all their poop into one stocking.

I went today. The funniest thing was it’s the middle of deer season and nobody else was there but me and my daughter for about an hour. I asked one of the ROs and he said they were all out hunting. They’d be in after lunch when they missed their first shot this morning.

Last year I watched a guy trying to shoot his muzzle loading rifle only to have the ball roll out the end of the barrel and down the bench.
