Of all the current Sig pistols what would be your pick?

I have always told myself if I happen to come across a P226 at a decent price, I'd have to buy it, the M18 entered into it when I was at the range one day and a guy wanted to try my G19 so he was obliged to offer me to shoot his M18 and I did, and really liked it....

There were so many trade in 226s in .40 and even 9mm just a few years ago for great prices that I'm sad I didn't snatch up. Prices ever get back to pre 2020 I need another.

The only Sig I own is the P365. Was considering the P226 in .357 Sig but the decocker and safety is on the left side which isn’t as easy for a lefty like me to operate.

For what it's worth, the Legion Single Action Only models have ambidexterous safeties and on the DA/SA models it's just a decocker, no safety.

My 220 (German-made) is my favorite semi-auto pistol in my entire collection. It has been completely reliable and more accurate than I can show. I've wanted a 226 in 9mm since the late '80's, but never got around to getting one (I plan on rectifying that later this week!).

I don't own a Sig so, looking at the 365 as a potential "mowing the yard" pocket replacement for Kahr PM9
I've got a p365...really like the gun but's it a bit much for pocket carry...maybe in a parka, but you'd not be wearing that mowing the lawn. Rod

One to rule them all:

SIG Sauer P220 X-Six .45 ACP with 9mm Para conversion unit.

Agreed about the X6 but the OP asked about "current" Sigs, and the X5/X6 are no longer made.

Hopefully one day Sig will stop forming plastic pistols long enough to fire up their CNC's and make a few runs of the steel X's... that is if the still have them, and machinists to run them.

Where I live you can buy as many as you like. So I assume they are still produced.

Don't leave me hangin! :)... WHERE are X5's and X6's flowing like water? Since the German plant shutdown, and AFAIK Sig U.S has no plans on making them the NOS has been snapped up at silly prices!

I live in Austria (neighbor to Germany) and all LGS have them for sale. A LOT!
So why should there be none to buy at your place?
I admit, I did no market survey or call around in the world and asked each and every dealer.
But as there are plenty here I assumed there are plenty everywhere.
This is just one example but feel free to look around.

Thanks, that's good to know, I guess that Sig U.S just does not want to bring them in since the plant closed there? Maybe they're going to make them here?

I already have a P226 and other brand 1911s so if if won one and got to pick I would take a P210 Target.
