Police: Gun Fires In Woman's Pants During Jail Visit
Pistol Allegedly Fired In Holding Cell

UPDATED: 11:01 am EST February 1, 2006

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio -- A woman was taken into custody after police said a gun that she allegedly brought into the Ross County Jail discharged while she was in a holding cell.

Victoria Lundy, 41, of Cleveland, was taken to the jail after police reports indicated she was being questioned for possibly firing shots on Warner Avenue on Sunday evening.

Lundy was taken into custody for driving with a suspended license. Officers later found that she had a gun on her after the .25 caliber pistol went off in a holding cell, the Chillicothe Gazette reported.

According to police reports, another woman in the cell said that Lundy used the bathroom several times and when Lundy sat on the bench, the gun went off.

While checking the gun, an officer observed "it had off white-colored liquid substance on the gun with red specks. It appeared to be consistent with vaginal fluid," according to police reports.

No one was injured in the shooting, the newspaper reported.

Lundy was also charged with improperly discharging a weapon, illegal conveyance of a weapon and carrying a concealed weapon.

She later admitted to the shooting on Warner Avenue, the newspaper reported.

maybe a little more information than I really needed about her hiding place....

Wow...But...

In my time as an LEO I have seen some nasty stuff...A woman I arrested for possession of Marijuana and Driving while Unlicensed was nastier...

The tow truck driver would not even get in her car to impound it...he said it smelled that bad.

When we got to the jail, they had to dress her out and give her a pad to use for her cycle. For some reason, a few nurses start to run into the search room. So, I was concerned, as that as not normal. They come out holding a clear bag. The Deputy Sergeant said "look closely officer, what do you see?"

So I said, "a pad with blood on it? What's weird about that?" He said "Well, look closer...see green?"

So..I looked, and sure enough, there is green with the red. He said "We had to physically rip it off her..." Ok, I'm thinking, wow, nasty...

Then he said "She needs looked at, she has...maggots coming out of her.."

Now, how in the heck do you walk around all day and night and not know you have maggots INSIDE YOU??? I'm not a woman, but holy cow!?

So, eventually this lady had to be taken to the ER, and they performed surgery to remove all the maggots and some odd, infested, item out of her.

So...yup, theres some nasty people out there.

We already closed one thread about this, due to the comments the story elicited. I don't think this one will do any better, so...
