OK to shoot 9mm +P out of a Colt AR 9mm carbine??

Is it OK to shoot 9mm +P ammo out of a Colt AR 9mm carbine?
Specifically wondering about Remington Golden Saber 124g JHP +P ammo.

What he said. I do run European 9mmP ammo in my carbines. I've found it's loaded hotter than most American stuff and I get better functioning from it.
