I know a couple of people who only own one gun; they are not into guns. I think the "beware of the man who owns one gun" theory works better when you say "one rifle" and/or "one handgun." I know a few people who have ONE rifle and ONE shotgun, and possibly ONE handgun.
i know a few. one is an uncle who has a marlin 39a straight stock gold trigger that has sat in my in my grandparents closet since he was a boy. the other is a friends brother in law who came shooting with us with a 4 year old glock 22 that had never been fired.
