Opinions on Beretta .40 S&W Centurion

I have an opportunity to buy a like new Beretta Centurion in .40 S&W and would like any feedback regarding the .40 caliber Beretta. This is the DAO model which I happen to like very much in the Centurion model, I have the 9mm version and it is one of my favorite pistols. Just curious if there are any particluar issues with this pistol; kabooms, case head support, reliability, accelerated wear, etc. Thanks, Mike

beretta kabooms are mythical unless, you, like the navy SEALS, like to experiment with subsonic 9mm loads using 170 grain bullets traveling at 1000fps.
