I have an opportunity to purchase a CZ 75 Accu Shadow lite from a buddy in need of some post Christmas cash.
Low round count and looks like new - will even let me take it for a test run.
I do not know much about them other than they are an updated version of CZ75, which I hear is a hidden gem.
Attached a pic of it.

Opinions welcome - Please & Thank you!

It is a competition custom gun from CZ Custom. You will be amazed by the trigger and accuracy.

As others alluded too. It's not a updated version. Its a full on custom with a bushing like a 1911. One of the finest 9mm semi-autos you can buy...

I have one that was worked over by Matt Mink's crew. Delightful gun, you should have no reservations if you decide to buy it.

It's a very fine 9mm.

Why are you still sitting there? It's not in your hands yet??

;)

You'll like it for sure. I'm getting my 97b converted to a 1911 bushing as we speak.

That's the daunting part; it is in my hands and headed to range in the morning.:what:
Like he said it has had little use. Just some light grease/oil on barrel, lugs, & rails - Wow sweet DA/SA trigger.

It's a fabulous gun. The only question I would ask is what do you want it for. If you are looking for a USPSA gun, the ones, based on the SP-01, with a full length dust cover are supposed to be a little bit faster back on target. I suspect that no one below Master class could tell the difference.

If you are looking for a fabulously accurate gun with a great trigger, just buy it.

Well I got it to the range this morning and after getting used to different grip holds and trigger reset was able to get these groups standing at 50ft with some Agulia 147gr RN. Even though my first 8 shots were low right due to double action, the rest single action - need some practice and getting used to pistol, trigger, grip, point of aim, etc..
Pretty good for my meager pistol skills, indicating this CZ Shadow can shoot. Guess I should buy it before he has any remorse.

New practice target less than 10 seconds six shots. Getting a little better with trigger.

I have the non accu version of that gun and it's a fine pistol. It will be a long time before the gun is holding back a shooter's skill development.

What's he asking if you don't mind sharing?

Be aware it is not IDPA SSP legal if that is one of your intents. Also, the regular Accu Shadow is legal for Production... not sure if the "lite" version is.

I might shoot some local production matches with it. Local USPSA officer indicated it would be OK. Don't have any competition equipment yet, it sure looks like fun.
More just because it feels very good in my hand, accurate, and excellent followup shot capability.

That's a smoking deal, but I would check with USPSA for the legality. I know it's pretty much shot down in IDPA.

Here's the production list https://www.uspsa.org/uspsa-NROI-production-gunlist.php

I didn't see the accu-lite on there. The SP-01 accu shadow is on it, but not the 75 lite version. A call to HQ could get it added, though.

In any case, you're going to love that pistol. If you get bored with it and want a regular shadow custom, let me know.. we can trade.. :D

Nearly impossible to find.....don't hesitate.

Plus you're "helping out" a friend.

I believe you have been advised to buy it with no dissenting votes. So, there you have it.
