Oh, by the way, I applied to be a member at FALfiles a couple days ago and haven't been accepted yet either.
I'll add your name to the post I made about it

THAT rifle is like...<shudder> :what:

God has blessed you if you were offered the chance to buy that rifle. :)

Muy bueno and I agree that the price of about 2500-3000 is about right.

hmmmmm...

"Match" is just a name, they are the same as regular FALs. Maybe they named it that for import reasons? Made it sound more "sporting".

Well that is a little disappointing. I figured it was accurized to some degree.
:( Oh well. It was a nice thought. I am not looking for exceptional accuracy.

It was a family member's and I didn't want to see it get sold off because of its sentimental value. So I offered more than what I thought it was worth. Turns out that I got a deal. Not that it really matters. I don't ever plan on selling it.

Now I debating giving them more money though.

Gordon - Too late! It's already gotten :neener:
Andrewsky and Andy C - Thanks for the update. I'm in the same boat. You would think they would be more on top of that. (One of the things that makes a forum successful).

Thanks Andy. That makes perfect sense. I wonder why it can't be delegated to a trusted moderator.

Thanks again!

Just got a PM from the owner that an update was done - you boys should be good to go now.
