Remington, and Winchester have both done some i think, tho not as standard offerings. Most custom and semi custom guns can be had in the Weatherbys, but im not sure which or how many other over the counter rifles were or are chambered for them.
The .300s and larger require .375 length action. The .240, .257, and 7mms, can be chambered in standard/long action so those might be more common to find in other manufacturers guns.
Remember... some of the "other" brand rifle manufacturers may not use the same amount of bullet "freebore" when the chamber is cut.... if the "freebore" is shorter then Weatherby factory rifles, you might have pressure issues.

Slightly off topic, in the opposite direction..... but in 1970, while in the Army, I bought a Weatherby Varmintmaster chambered in 22-250. For $204!!! The Redfield Widefield 3X9 scope was another $79. I think Weatherby only did non-Weatherby chamberings for a short time.
