Right now I am shooting 500 800 rds per week.
Shooting that much, surely you're handloading?
I know you save money reloading but dang, is it that much cheaper where shooting that much is not that big of a deal?
Sometimes. Disregarding the cost of the brass - which you use over and over - the cost of reloading .45acp is around 17¢/round. So, yeah, it can be considerable...especially if you're shooting that much.I know you save money reloading but dang, is it that much cheaper where shooting that much is not that big of a deal?

I've put over 300,000 rounds through my Glocks. Tens of thousands through the individual Glocks. Never a problem. You won't wear out a Glock barrel....ever.
